Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. This policy outlines cancellation terms, rescheduling options, and refund procedures for all Balicopter flights.

1. Cancellation by Passenger

2. Rescheduling

Passengers may reschedule their flight free of charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.

Rescheduled flights must be completed within 12 months of the original booking date.

3. Weather Cancellations

If Balicopter cancels a flight due to unsafe weather conditions, the passenger will receive:

  • Free rescheduling to any available date within 12 months, at no additional cost; or
  • Full refund processed within 7–14 business days.

Weather decisions are made solely by the pilot in command and are non-negotiable. Passenger safety is always the priority.

4. Cancellation by Operator

In the rare event that Balicopter cancels a flight for operational reasons (mechanical, regulatory, or otherwise), passengers will receive either a full refund or free rescheduling — at the passenger's choice.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at booking.
  • Processing time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  • Refund requests should be submitted via email to info@balicopter.com with your booking reference.

6. Partial Flights

If a flight is shortened due to weather changes during the tour, a partial refund or credit may be offered at Balicopter's discretion, based on the portion of the route not completed.

7. Gift Vouchers & Promotional Bookings

Gift vouchers and promotional bookings may have different cancellation and refund terms. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase or redemption.
