Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Balicopter's helicopter tour, charter, and transfer services. By booking a flight with Balicopter, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Overview

Balicopter provides commercial helicopter tours, scenic flights, private charters, and point-to-point transfers across Bali, Indonesia. All flights operate under a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) issued by the Indonesian Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to aircraft availability and weather conditions. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit. Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.

Balicopter reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. However, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted price.

3. Passenger Requirements

  • Passengers must provide accurate body weight information at the time of booking. Inaccurate weight declarations may result in flight reassignment or cancellation for safety reasons.
  • Children under 2 years of age are not permitted on flights. Children aged 2–12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Passengers must be fit to fly. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exhibiting behaviour that may endanger the safety of the flight, may be denied boarding without refund.

4. Weather & Cancellation by Operator

Balicopter reserves the sole right to cancel or postpone any flight due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or any factor that may compromise passenger safety. This decision is made by the pilot in command and is final.

In the event of a weather cancellation, passengers may reschedule to any available date at no additional cost, or receive a full refund.

5. Cancellation by Passenger

Passenger cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy. Please review that policy for details on cancellation windows and refund eligibility.

6. Liability

Balicopter maintains comprehensive passenger liability insurance for all commercial flights. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Indonesian law and applicable international conventions.

Balicopter is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during flights. Passengers are advised not to bring loose items that may be lost or damaged.

7. Photography & Media

Passengers are welcome to take photographs and videos during flights for personal use. By participating in a Balicopter flight, you grant Balicopter permission to use general flight imagery for marketing purposes, unless you opt out in writing before the flight.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Denpasar, Bali.

9. Changes to Terms

Balicopter may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
